
BECOME AN ARROW
If you would like to join the Arrow Youth Leadership Council International, ask a local community leader, school counselor, or principal to complete the nomination form.
Nominations open from January 1 to April 1.
As a member of the executive branch, each nominated student will:
- 
Have access to our formal leadership and mentoring programs. 
- 
Receive preparation for college and career choice. 
- 
Serve as an advocate for their generation. 
- 
Network with adult leaders in our government and business community. 
- 
Receive internship opportunities. 
- 
Serve as a positive role model for their peers 
Criteria for Arrow Youth Leadership Council International Members:
- 
Must be nominated by a school, civic, or community leader 
- 
Attend the Summer Leadership Institute - 
Held during the last three weeks in July 
- 
Scholarships are limited and available on a need basis 
 
- 
- 
Must maintain an average GPA of at least 2.0 and remain in good academic standing 
- 
Must RSVP your acceptance of this nomination as a council member by May 1 
- 
Must attend quarterly monthly leadership training (every 3rd Saturday) 
- 
Agree to work with school administration to develop innovative and narrative-changing projects 
- 
Served a two-year term as a member of the Arrow Youth Leadership Council International 
- 
Target their potential and change our world 
-
