BECOME AN ARROW

If you would like to join the Arrow Youth Leadership Council International, ask a local community leader, school counselor, or principal to complete the nomination form.

Nominations open from January to April.

As a member of the executive branch, each nominated student will:

  • Have access to our formal leadership and mentoring programs.

  • Receive preparation for college and career choice.

  • Serve as an advocate for their generation.

  • Network with adult leaders in our government and business community.

  • Receive internship opportunities.

  • Serve as a positive role model for their peers

Criteria for Arrow Youth Leadership Council International Members:

  • Must be nominated by a school, civic, or community leader

  • Attend the Summer Leadership Institute

    • Held during the last three weeks in July

    • Scholarships are limited and available on a need basis

  • Must maintain an average GPA of at least 2.0 and remain in good academic standing

  • Must RSVP your acceptance of this nomination as a council member by May 1, 2024

  • Must attend quarterly monthly leadership training (every 3rd Saturday)

  • Agree to work with school administration to develop innovative and narrative-changing projects

  • Serve a two-year term as a member of the Arrow Youth Leadership Council International

  • Target their potential and change our world

  • Have fun!
